IR code from Harmony

Hi there

I have a Harmony 950 which I will replace by my new Remote 3. In my Harmony I have an Activity for watching TV and the DVR button leads me straight to the overview of all my recordings on my Sunrise TV-Box (Horizon). I don’t know where Logitech got this IR code from becaus even on the original remote from the TV box there is no button that brings you there directly. But it’s very useful.

Is there a possibility to find out the IR code that the Harmony uses? On pages like Remote Central I found nothing.

Thank you very much.

Did you try to learn the code from your Harmony?

That you take a look at the global cache IR database Database | Global Caché Control Tower ?

Thanks for your answer. Is it possible to learn raw IR? Thought it’s only possible to learn codes.

But the problem is solved anyway. I had to change to IR mode completely as IP caused big problems. I think there is a bug in the OS. If I use the TV box over IP, while playback recordings remote 3 is extremely laggy, display does not react and hardware buttons have no function…

You should contact the developer of the integration if it slows down the system.

for me it looks like it’s a general problem with ip based integrations. I will open a new thread about this.

>90 % of my devices are IP controlled. It is no general problem only a specific.

I did exactly this. I put my Dock 3 right next to my Harmony Hub and hit the Harmony buttons that I wanted to learn on. Worked perfectly.
