IR Blaster needed

Hi,

i need a nother IR-Blaster, because the doc3 has no good IR-Signal-length and the IR-Extender is stupid. :slight_smile: So could someone help me and show me where to buy it (germany).
The IR-Booster from Harmony doesn’t work with the doc3.

Have you tried the blaster (puck size)? The smaller extenders are meant to be placed on the device. The blaster should have better coverage.
If you want to use a different device you should look into buying a Broadlink RM4 and use this integration GitHub - JackJPowell/uc-intg-broadlink: Unfolded Circle Integration for Broadlink Devices
It should have similar range than a Harmony Hub and even supports RF.

the blaster (delivered with the doc) is up and running. but i need another one for other devices which are not reachable for the actual blaster. thats my problem. :slight_smile:

thanks for your suggestion, i will take a look on it. but at the moment i think, another blaster is the simplest way.

just for your information: the blaster from amazon (listed in first text) works perfect with dock3 but hasn’t such a long range as the original unfolded blaster.
