# Hi need help please

My remote 3 keep turning things by it self when I pick it up . Also did some know how to control spectrum cable box . Thanks in advance

That’s probably the ghost touches mentioned in the release notes as a known issues:

> Some Remote 3 devices are affected by ghost touches after wakeup. This is a different issue than the display artifacts. If you experience constant ghost touches, please contact support.

A good starting point for integrations is the community-projects channel on Discord ([Discord](https://discord.com/channels/553671366411288576/1143872406021210112)). But I’m not aware of any Spectrum Cable box integration. If the device has an open API or there are even existing integrations for other systems like Home Assistant and you find a group of people that want to test the integration there might be community developers that can start developing an integration.  
Next option is Bluetooth if the box has a paring menu. If it doesn’t show a pairing code, enable “Just works” in settings/development/preview features in the web configurator.  
Last option is Infrared. If you can’t find any working IR codes in the internal database you could search here: [Database | Global Caché Control Tower](https://irdb.globalcache.com/Home/Database)  
There are a lot of threads here and on Discord on how to import these codes.  
If nothing of this works you can still learn the codes from the original remote.
