Defect docking station

My docking station just stopped working. What can i do now? It is just half a year old.

I had a little harware-issue too and UC respond was very fast and kind. Within a few days i got the new hardware. Very well support. Thanks to UC​:folded_hands:t3:

Just contact support. The display on my remote came loose from the casing after a short time. Despite it being the weekend, I received a UPS return label within minutes and sent the remote back. It was repaired, and I had it back after just under two weeks. Perfectly repaired. So you really can’t complain about the service.
