Thats a good example of the output format the code above uses, aka the template the Remote recommends.

I was actually referring to the GC format with the heading changed as per @kennymc.c ’s message that works.

Many thanks. I tried that earlier (I think) but without success. Just played around with it again and this is how I got it to work: Copy codes from Global Cache email Paste into a new file in a text editor (I use CodEditor on MacOS) In the header, replace “function” with “key” and (in my example) “hexcode1” with “code”. (I assume you need to change the header of the column that contains the actual code with “code”.) Save as csv file Upload to web configurator. Done.

This is what might be missing from your process: if you are importing the text file into Excel (or similar) you should select “comma delimited”. This should create a CSV with the columns expected by the remote web configurator.
